The summers Olympics are a combination of the greatest athletes on earth, tradition and culture. Whether fascinated with Phelps’ race for the Gold or the speed of Sandra Richard Ross.

Okay, not all of us are blessed with the talents and abilities that of the Olympic athletes, but that shouldn't stop us from working out like one! These five core strengthening exercises will work your core in more ways than one; the rectus "six pack" abdominis, transervse "belt" abdominis, internal and external obliques, and erector spinae will all be recruited, leaving you with gold medal worthy abs that you can flaunt in a red, white, and blue themed lingerie get-up!

USA Women's Beach Volleyball Crush!

They Rock The Beach!

Congratulations to the USA Women's Beach Volleyball Teams of Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor (above) as well as Jennifer Kessy and April Ross (below), celebrating their wins and great start to the London Olympics, 2012!

There's sure to be more awesome moments and exciting game play with these two USA teams. Be sure to watch!

For Walsh and May-Treanor, it was their 16th Olympic victory and they celebrated later with May-Treanor's 35th birthday.

"We're celebrating on California time,'' Walsh Jennings said early Tuesday morning in London.
