Spicing Things Up...In The Kitchen

Believe it or not, there are more places than in the bedroom that need to be spiced up; after all, variety is the spice of life! Try the kitchen; a key spice used in foods may be your answer to looking even more sexier in this (add a pic of your lingerie).

Capsaicin, an ingredient in peppers and chilies, increases the body's metabolism so you burn more calories after a spicy meal and it helps keep blood sugar levels stable, just like exercise does. Over time, this spike in metabolism could help you in the weight loss department, as long as it's used as a supplement with an exercise routine and a healthy diet.

Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes in veggies, a couple shakes of Tabasco sauce in your morning eggs, or slivers of red bell peppers in a salad to get the fat burning benefits of capsaicin!

Warning! Eat spicy foods at your own risk, because maybe, just maybe, that extra pep in your step you get may take that spice and head right back into the bedroom..you've been warned.
